Business at the office

Dear Customers,

For your information, we are acting responsibly in order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.

We are practicing good hand hygiene and are striving to minimise human contact in our office. We hope that our customers will do likewise. We kindly ask you to avoid unnecessary visits to our office, lingering in our office is forbidden.

Our staff members are authorised to wear protective gloves and / or respiratory protective equipment. We have taken action to intensify the cleaning in our office and hand sanitiser is available at our service desks.

Apropriate distance shall be kept between customers and our staff during service interactions. Keys to the cabins are distributed in pre-packed envelopes as soon as the cleaning in the cabins are done. The envelopes holding the keys are layed out in alphabetical order on the table in our reception area.

Any necessary cottage maintenance will be carried out when customers are not present at the cottage.

We hope that if you are experiencing flu symptoms, you will avoid visiting our office. Our staff members have been instructed to stay home should they develop any flu symptoms. As a result, the changeover cleaning of our cottages could possibly be delayed.

We ask for your understanding in these exceptional circumstances – These measures are also, however, for the benefit of our customers.
